Paul Coleman

Paul is Chief Collaboration Officer, EMEA for OMD: leveraging OMD’s collaborative culture and platforms to deliver better work faster. Paul is a founding architect of OMD’s collaborative operating system, Vision.


In addition to this role, Paul heads up the EMEA activity for the OMD Light program. A creativity and awards initiative that has resulted in OMD setting the standard in creativity for its clients worldwide, winning the GUNN report each of the last eleven years.

Erna Saljević

Name and surname: Erna Saljević

Erna grew up in Bar (Montenegro) where finished primary and secondary school. In 2009, she came to study in Sarajevo, where she graduated on the Faculty of Political Sciences, department for Journalism, major – Business Communication. She is in the final year of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Sarajevo.


She is in the media since she was 19, where she was the host of entertainment program,  at a local television in Sarajevo. She was editor and host of Dnevnik at Face TV. Her first agency experience was in Prime Communications agency, while she was still a student. She edited and promoted Student Magazine. She joined Via Media agency in 2015 as Digital Marketing Executive.

Dalibor Šumiga

Dalibor Šumiga, an official ambassador of Google Growth Engine Program for Adria region, the founder and director of the agency Promosapiens – the first Croatian agency for behavioral marketing.


He is a distinguished lecturer at national and international lectures (Shopper Brain, Amsterdam; Family Thinking, Warsaw; Euro Shop, Dusseldorf, etc.) and a member of World neuromarketing society, NMSBA and certified Google AdWords and YouTube expert.


Through 17 years of experience in marketing, Dalibor created a number of marketing ideas and solutions for leading brands in the Adria region. Thanks to the knowledge of consumer psychology and neuromarketing he applied these ideas and solutions in traditional and guerilla marketing campaigns.
